Winter Gardenz Glasshouse Growing System

Greenhouse environments often struggle with inconsistent watering, high evaporation, and elevated humidity levels that can lead to plant stress and disease pressure.
To create a more stable growing environment, four 1680 mm Macrocarpa raised garden beds were installed inside a 10 ft wide Winter Gardenz greenhouse, positioned in two rows along each side. The beds incorporate a sub-irigation wicking system that delivers moisture from below the soil surface, reducing evaporation while maintaining consistent hydration.
The result is a productive, low-maintenance greenhouse that supports healthy plant growth while lowering water use and humidity-related issues. This project demonstrates how controlled irrigation can significantly improve performance in enclosed growing environments.
